The restaurant in Tokyo, Japan is called the Curry Shop Shimizu and serves poop flavored curry … yes poop flavored, like right out of your toilet. It opened in July, 2015 and has the meal as its specialty.

To create a make believe atmosphere, the curry meal is served to guests in a porcelain bowl that resembles a toilet receptacle as seen in the picture above. The meal is not poop after all and only contains natural ingredients like green tea, bitter gourd and cocoa powder which together appear like and tastes like human poop.

The restaurant’s owner, chef Ken Shimizu says he created the meal’s recipe to look like poop which is seen to be eaten in some scenes of porn films which he also produces as another stream of income.

Whether the food is better than it looks, sounds or smells, a customer research by the restaurant shows that 85 percent of people would not taste the meal.

There are now toilet themed restaurants where guests sit on toilets and eat non-poop-flavored dishes out of bedpans all over Asia and this is starting to get a foothold in America.
