A french nurse, David has told of how he attempted to use CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) on an injured person he saw outside the Paris cafe attack scene only to discover that he was one of the suicide bombers from the Islamist jihadist who launched the Paris attacks leading to the death of 129 persons.

He said having found the bomber, Brahim Abdeslam unconscious, he tore open his t-shirt to commence the CPR mistaking the explosion to be the result of a gas leak. He stated that what he saw under the t-shirt were wires of white, black, red and orange colours and he immediately suspected that they were for a bomb and the unconscious person a suicide bomber. The bomber also had a big hole in his side.
David says he alerted a fireman who immediately called for an evacuation of the area. The police reports that the bomb on Abdeslam did not fully explode. He, however, died from his injuries.
