A new online application has been developed with the ability to tell you if anybody has ever died in a house you want to buy, so you are aware of what you are paying for.
The app by DiedInHouse.com searches for murders,
suicides, suspicious or natural deaths that have happened at any particular home
address. The app also indicates if there has been any meth lab activity or
fires at the address. The app’s charges start from $11.99 for a single search. The
app’s database has 4.5 million houses in it so far and customers have bought
30,000 house searches.
