BOMB SCARE; AIR FRANCE FLIGHT DESTINED FOR FRANCE DIVERTS TO KENYA

AIR FRANCE PLANE
An Air France Boeing 777 plane on flight 463, which took off from Mauritius on Saturday, December 19th at about 9pm headed for Paris, France made an emergency landing in Kenya early this Sunday morning, December 20th after it was discovered that a an object suspected to be a bomb was in its lavatory.

The plane made the emergency landing at the Moi International Airport in Mombasa, a coastal city in Kenya. The country's security agents at the airport held a few passengers on board the plane for questioning in connection with the discovery while Bomb experts at the airport examined the object to determine if it was a bomb after the plane landed at about 12:37am on Sunday, December 20th.

Kenya's Interior Minister, Joseph Nkaissery addressed the press on the incident.

The plane had 459 passengers and 14 crew members on board. They were all evacuated and the suspicious object recovered from the plane. All flights to the airport were diverted while the incident lasted but the situation has returned  to normal and all fights have since resumed.

Passengers on board flight 463 were unaware of the cause of the emergency landing, thinking it was due to the usual technical fault only to find out later that it was because of a suspected bomb traveling on the same flight with them.

Questions arise! How did it get on board the flight with all the security checks on passenger before they board the plane? Where the Airline or the airport staff involved in the planting of the bomb? Which group is responsible for this attempt? And one more, is anything worth the taking of the life of a fellow human being?
