WHO PAYS CROCODILES TO GUARD INDONESIA'S ESCAPE-PROOF DEATH ROW PRISON ISLAND

Indonesia's anti-drug agency (BNN) boss, Budi Waseso today, Friday, November 13, 2015 stated that there are plans to utilize crocodiles in addition to personnel already working to guard the country's maximum security death-row prison island. He said that he had already gotten 2 crocodiles to study their effectiveness at the job, adding that as much as 1,000 may eventually be put to use to stop the convicted criminals from escaping.

Mr. Waseso said further that the flesh eating Piranha fish and tigers could be added to the crocodiles for the assignment.

Indonesia is facing a narcotics emergency and its President, Joko Widodo has declared zero tolerance for the drug scourge which statistics show kills about 40 persons each day in the country. He has severally refused clemency to convicted drug peddlers, most of whom are non-Indonesians.

There are critics of this plan and aside from this, I want to ask who will pay for the use and maintenance of these animals...the tax payers?
