It is reported that the former Minister of
Petroleum, Diezani Alison Madueke has asked her relatives to bring her back
into Nigeria this Friday as her health condition seems to have grown worse last
weekend.
Information
has it that the Mrs. Alison Madueke has failed to respond to treatment since
Thursday, leading to her decision to return to the country so as to seek alternative
treatment for her cancer ailment, supposedly of a spiritual nature.
An
alleged anonymous source states that her family has arranged to have her taken to
see Prophet, T.B Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations for prayers in
Lagos, Nigeria. It would be recalled that Mrs. Madueke has been on admission in
a London hospital since leaving her post as Nigeria’s Minister of Petroleum
after the end of the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan. She
was viewed as a super minister in that regime.
The
information has it that she has not tasted any solid food since last Monday and
she also did not speak throughout Thursday and when she eventually spoke on
Friday morning, she instructed her family to return her to the country to visit
Prophet T. B Joshua for prayers.
It
would be recalled that in recent times, pictures of a frail Mrs. Madueke have
gone viral with many Nigerians being skeptic about the pictures being authentic, this perception has, however, changed with time as Nigerians got to know that she was really down with cancer.
