SAD: PAKISTAN FEMALE FIGHTER PILOT DIES IN CRASH

A Pakistani fighter plane crash today, Tuesday, November 24, 2015 left its female pilot dead from the injuries to her body resulting from her ejecting from the plane which crashed during training.


The female flying officer Marium Mukhtiar and Squadron Leader Sadiq Abbasi ejected from the crashing Pakistani Airforce fighter plane FT-7PG but Mukhtiar died later in a hospital. She is one of the few women fighter pilots in Pakistan, she had once said that her motivation was the uniform, the discipline and the pomp.

She is Pakistan's first female fighter pilot to lose her life in active service.
