STAR WARS LOSES AN ACTOR, JASON WINGREEN DIES AGED 95 YEARS

It has been reported that actor Jason Wingreen has died. He passed away on December 25, 2015 in his Los Angeles home. He it was who voiced the villain Boba Fett in the popular movie "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back" and played Harry the bartender on "All In The Family."

The statement on his death was released by his son Ned says that he died after a brief illness. He was 95-years-old.


The deceased actor who has almost 200 credits to his name also appeared on "The Twlight Zone," "Archie Bunker's Place" and "The Untouchables."

However, Jason's role in the Star Wars movie which was his most prominent was never known until recently in 2000. He is said to have been living a quiet, peaceful and unencumbered life before people got to know about his part in the Star Wars movie and he came into public attention.
