This was the case of a radio newscaster, Fiona Winchester of the Heart FM Radio in Britain when she was reading the 8:30am news on Monday. She announced the death of the British Prime Minister David Cameron before realizing her mistake and making right her announcement by stating that it was the legendary musician, the late David Bowie who died recently after a bout with cancer.

The deceased British musician, David Bowie’s death was announced on Sunday by a spokesman of his family who were with him when he died. The statement said he died at the age of 69 years after fighting an 18 month long battle with cancer. He was one of the world’s most influential music figures.
