GERMAN CAR MAKER PORSCHE HOLDS ACTOR PAUL WALKER AS CAUSE OF HIS DEATH

US ACTOR, LATE PAUL WALKER

PORSCHE 2005 CARRERA GT
German luxury car maker, Porsche has blamed the late US actor, Paul Walker for his own death which occurred in the 2013 car accident in Santa Clarita, California, USA while he was in a 2005 Carrera GT car driven by his friend, Roger Rodas.

The car makers statement is in response to a lawsuit by the deceased's daughter Meadow aged 16 years. It said Walker as a knowledgeable and sophisticated user of Porsche vehicles, should have known that the vehicle in question had been abused and altered, misused and improperly maintained.

Meadow's suit alleges that the vehicle would not have spun in the accident as it was equipped with a substantial stabilization system, she also disputes the claim by the authorities that over-speeding caused the crash stating that the sped at the time was between 63 and 71 Mph and not 80 - 93 Mph as posited.

She also believes that her father was restrained by a defective seat belt which did not allow him to come out of the vehicle after the crash even though he was conscious as it trapped him and caused the fracture of his ribs and pelvic.
